The new edition of Employment Equality Law provides practitioners with a comprehensive and definitive analysis of employment equality law, practice, and procedure in the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, Circuit Court, Superior Courts and EU Court of Justice. It also provides a wealth of resources for further research.
In the Foreword to the new edition, Síofra O'Leary, President of the European Court of Human Rights, commented:
"The book ensures that those who study, teach, practise or judge employment equality law can benefit from a clear, comprehensive, and thorough text. This is a book by practitioners for practitioners, but not only for practitioners ... The authors are to be congratulated for seeking to demystify and render accessible European legal texts in the employment field which are of central importance for national employment law students and practitioners."
